Jason Derulo hit the scene like a typhoon a couple years back with a string of hits including "Whatcha Say", "In My Head", "Ridin' Solo" and "Breathing". Then, just when he was embarking on a live tour he broke a vertabrae in his neck during rehearsals. The tour was canceled and Jason's career came to a sudden halt.
