X AMBASSADORS GET IN THE MIX WITH HK

X Ambassadors the alt-rock pop ensemble from up state NY have a huge hit on their hands with their track Renegades. Sam Harris (singer/songwriter) describes the band as “a group of brothers, best friends and family who’ve been through so much together”. Sam met Guitarist Noah Felshuh on their first day of kindergarten and became best friends. While attending New York City’s The New School, Sam and Noah met drummer Adam Levin in the dorm. Keyboardist Casey Harris is Sam’s older brother. Blind since childhood Casey was making a living as a professional piano tuner and played with local bands prior to joining the group. The combination of friends and family is proving to be a winning recipe for this wickedly talented group. This week I sit down with X Ambassadors to discuss the turning point of their career, love of hip hop, collaborations and much more.
