Ella Langley has officially cemented her status as country music’s newest titan. Her hit single "Choosin' Texas" recently achieved a historic "triple crown," making her the first woman to simultaneously top the Billboard Hot 100, Hot Country Songs, and Country Airplay charts.
The track—a bittersweet heartbreak anthem co-written with Miranda Lambert—is a certified streaming powerhouse. During its peak week, it amassed over 22 million U.S. streams and 34 million radio impressions, fueled by a viral surge and massive digital sales.
Only three other artists (Shaboozey, Post Malone, and Morgan Wallen) have ever held all three top spots at once.
The song’s rapid climb to No. 1 on the Country Airplay chart, and continued rise on Top 40 airplay, proves its massive appeal beyond just TikTok and streaming playlists.
This success sets a massive stage for her upcoming second album, “Dandelion", arriving April 10, 2026. With a Platinum certification already under her belt it looks like Ella didn’t just choose Texas. She’s choosing the world stage.
