This
week’s Pick To Hit™ comes from Shawn Hook. He may not be a
household name in America yet but his latest single, Sound of Your Heart, has
already gone platinum in his native Canada and recently broke 10,000,000
streams on Spotify. Shawn describes the track as being about losing someone and
wanting to make it right, even though the chances are slim.
Chances are not
slim that he's got wicked talent. Hook is a multi-instrumentalist who started
playing piano at age four. He also plays guitar, bass and trombone. As if that
wasn’t enough, Hook is a songwriter/vocalist with an impressive range who is
now looking forward to introducing his music to America. Shawn moved to LA on
New Year’s day and will make his first National Television performance at the
end of this month on Kelly and Michael. He debuts with Sound of Your
Heart this week on In The Mix with HK™!
