AJR AND DAISY THE GREAT IN THE MIX WITH HK™

My boys AJR have lent a hand and a vocal chord or two to alternative/Indie group Daisy the Great. Their collab “Record Player” was built on an old hook from Daisy The Great’s song from 2017. It’s crushing on the Alternative charts, and like everything AJR does, it has found a home on the pop charts as well.

This weekend check out that track along with HITS from Doja Cat, Lil Nas X, Post Malone, The Weeknd and MORE. I’ve also got new music from Charlie Puth, Juice Wrld & Justin Bieber, The Walters and Tiesto & Ava Max. And you know it ain’t a party without some HK exclusives, mashups and throwbacks.

ADELE IS ROCKIN’ IT WITH FANS & IN THE MIX WITH HK™

I just love everything I know about Adele. Of course it started with her voice and those gorgeous songs. But Adele the person seems just as captivating.

After Covid 19 forced a last minute cancellation to the opening of her Vegas residency, Adele started Face-Timing with super fans in the lobby of Caesar’s Palace. These are fans who spent a lot of money to not only buy tickets to the show, but plane flights, hotel, etc. Even though this was a horrible situation for Adele and her fans, the superstar still managed to turn it into a positive experience and connect even more with her audience. Check out the video.

A MUST check out is this week’s In The Mix with HK™. I’ve got Adele, Glass Animals, Taylor Swift, Silk Sonic and Latto all like you’ve never heard them before. New music from Alesso & Katy Perry, Ckay, The Weeknd, Rufus Du Sol and MORE! I’ll bet anything Ed Sheeran, Pitbull, Nicki Minaj, Tiesto & Ava Max might make a sonic appearance. Don’t be the one on Monday morning regretting you missed out on the party.

SILK SONIC GETS AN HK REMIX & A VEGAS RESIDENCY

Pop Acts continue to light up the Vegas Strip with new residencies, while omicron and covid - 19 still delay a return to normal elsewhere. Just a day after the Grammy Awards announced their move to Vegas for 2022, Bruno Mars and Anderson Paak (known as Silk Sonic) announced they are moving into Sin City.

The duo will launch a residency beginning on Feb. 25 at Dolby Live as part of “An Evening With Silk Sonic” — and look at that, the run concludes the night before the Grammys, which makes it seem likely the group will at the very least attend the show, where they’re up for Record of the Year and Best R&B Performance.

My weekend residency bringing you all your favorite hits like you’ve never heard them before is in full sonic bloom this week. I’ve got EXCLUSIVE HK remixes on Silk Sonic, Ed Sheeran, Doja Cat, Chloe, Pitbull, Gayle, Benson Boone and MORE! Plus mashups galore, classic hits you forgot you loved and NEW music to make you move.

SWEDISH HOUSE MAFIA BREAKUP AND COMEBACK

Remember when Swedish House Mafia split up? It was exactly a decade ago. Hard to believe right? It was 2012 when they made the announcement that shocked the EDM world. Fast forward 10 years and the boys are back in the studio, on tour and zooming up the charts together again. And not just for themselves. They’ve got a huge hit collab with The Weeknd in Moth To A Flame. They also co-produced and remixed Sacrifice for The Weeknd on his latest album. And just to put a cherry on top….Swedish House Mafia was just added to the Coachella lineup.

I’ve got a cherry of a weekend sonic soundscape planned for you that will include Swedish House Mafia, The Weeknd,  Lil Nas X, Post Malone, Gayle, Billie Eilish, Adele and Pitbull. Plus new music from Chloe, Benson Boone, SZA, Fireboy DML with Ed Sheeran and more. Of course, I’m always packing EXCLUSIVE HK REMIXES, mashups and just what you need to level up your weekend.

PITBULL IS BACK AND HE FEELS GOOD

Pitbull is back on the airwaves and dancefloors with his latest banger entitled “I Feel Good”. Helping him out on the track are Anthony Watts and DJWS. The track is dope and the vocal collab takes it to even higher levels.

I urge you to turn the level up this weekend when I pump my EXCLUSIVE HK remix of that track along with new music from Alesso & Katy Perry, Benson Boone, Sean Paul & Sia, Swedish House Mafia. Plus killer new reimagined versions on your favorite hits from Adele, Gayle, Acraze, Neiked and So Much More!
