Hyped up, completely immersed in the rhythm, the movement, and the power of street culture. It was a celebration of not just breaking but of music, dance, and community coming together in the purest form.

DOECHII HAS ANXIETY

LADY GAGA CREATES MAYHEM

Lady Gaga's Mayhem, released on March 7, 2025, marks a return to her pop roots while showcasing her growth as an artist. The album blends catchy melodies with deeper, personal lyrics, and reflects her love for music.

 

Collaborating with producers like Andrew Watt, Cirkut, and DJ Gesaffelstein, Gaga crafted Mayhem at Rick Rubin’s Shangri-La studio. The process was close to her heart, exploring a mix of genres. The album's lead single, "Disease," dropped in October 2024, setting the tone with themes of fame and identity. Songs like "Perfect Celebrity" critique celebrity culture, and "Die with a Smile," a duet with Bruno Mars, nods to 70s pop. One of the album's key moments was Gaga’s initial hesitation about the synth-heavy track "How Bad Do U Want Me." Her fiancé, Michael Polansky, encouraged her to keep it, knowing it would resonate with fans.

Due to the devastating wildfires sweeping through Los Angeles, The Weeknd has postponed both the release of his highly anticipated album, Hurry Up Tomorrow, and his concert at the iconic Rose Bowl. While fans may be disappointed, this choice reflects a deeper respect for the gravity of the moment. The album, now rescheduled for release on January 31st, will surely carry with it the weight of these trying times.
