PANIC! AT THE DISCO'S "HIGH HOPES" ARE PAYING OFF

The aspirational hit song High Hopes has climbed to #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The tracks strong triumph over adversity lyrics, “Had to have high, high hopes for a living. Shooting for the stars when I couldn’t make a killing. Didn’t have a dime but I always had a vision.”, are resonating with diehard and new Panic! At The Disco fans. Frontman Brendon Urie explained the meaning behind the song and what inspired the lyrics in a tweet saying – “I spent too long not setting my expectations high enough, worried about how it felt to fail. I hit a point when I realized I had to aim high and fail, fail, fail in order to keep growing.” Congrats go out to Urie on Panic!’s success and his smash hit.

This weekend I’m aiming high with an HK exclusive remix on High Hopes. Plus custom HK remixes on fresh Grammy nominated tracks from Silk City & Dua Lipa featuring Diplo & Mark Ronson, Travis Scott, Lady Gaga & Bradly Cooper. BIG ALBUMS ARE DROPPING LIKE LEAVES

There's a big slate of new albums coming out in November including music from two major acts who are no strangers to a HK playlist. Alessia Cara’s self-penned sophomore album, The Pains Of Growing will be available on November 30^th. The Best New Artist Grammy winner says she self-produced a few of the tracks as well. Also arriving this month is Imagine Dragons new album Origins. Dropping November 9^th, only 16 months after their huge hit album Evolve, it is described as a “sister album” and the group has already released 3 singles from it.

I’ve got tracks from both Alessia Cara and Imagine Dragons new albums ready to bust a move in this week’s show. Also on deck are excusive HK remixes on Shawn Mendes & Zedd, The Chainsmokers with Kelsea Ballerini, Ariana Grande, Lauv featuring Julia Michaels, Halsey, Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper. Plus a few surprise throwbacks, mashups and new beats that are guaranteed to turn your party out!
