The one you keep walking around singing but you're not sure who the band is. Well, those four guys are American Authors. They first met attending the most well known and prestigious music school in the country – Berklee College of Music. After five years of pounding it out in Boston under a different name the group moved to Brooklyn, NY and got some serious mojo.
They released their self-titled EP less than five months ago and thanks to some great placements in TV commercials and movie trailers, as well as being embraced by radio early on, the group has exploded on the scene. The guys will be joining me this weekend to talk about their new found success and the journey getting there.
