AJR BACK WITH AN HK REMIX

Brothers Adam, Jack and Ryan (AJR) are back In The Mix with an HK remix. The group is seeing early buzz on “Yes, I’m A Mess”. They’re also headlining their first ever arena tour, and in the middle of writing music for a new Broadway Show based on the classic children’s book…Harold and the Purple Crayon. Seeing as how AJR has made a career out of recording musical theater influenced albums, the collaboration seemed like a perfect fit.

Another perfect fit is all the music I’m working on for this week’s In The Mix With HK™. It’s the first show of the New Year and we’re kicking things off right. Get ready for Tate McRae’s back to back hits, Doja Cat is gonna Paint The Town Red, and Teddy Swims is gonna help all of us Loose Control. That and a whole lot MORE!

Remember…if it's hot, if it's new and it makes you wanna move…you're In The Mix with HK™.

IN THE MIX WITH HK™ = HOLIDAY STRESS RELIEF

The holiday season is filled with joy and wonder but… it can sometimes be stressful too. And this year, with everything going on in the world and our current political climate, holidays are more complicated on soooo many levels. Don't worry though, cause In The Mix with HK™ is gonna kick that holiday stress to the curb. I mean, we’re here for YOU and the experts have our back. Mayo Clinic says, in their “Tips To Tame Stress”, that “listening to music is a good stress reliever because it provides a mental distraction, reduces muscle tension and decreases stress hormones”. They go as far to say “Crank up the volume and let your mind be absorbed by the music”. Oh yeah …I’m gonna be crankin’ up the volume this weekend with an all-out sonic party jam you just can’t miss!

Look at what I'm putting under the tree for you - Brand new exclusive HK remixes on hits from Kenya Grace, Doja Cat, Olivia Rodrigo, Morgan Wallen, Taylor Swift, Jelly Roll, Teddy Swims, Tate McRae and MORE! I'm also filling my Santa sleigh with merry mashups, classic jams and new beats from Cher, Lany and Jack Harlow. Plus fave chart toppers all mixed in like you’ve never heard them before!

Remember…if it's hot, if it's new and it makes you wanna move…you're In The Mix with HK™.

DOJA CAT GETS OUR ATTENTION

After a short hiatus and shaving her head like Britney, bitch! Doja Cat is back and she definitely has our “Attention”. The lead single from her forthcoming new album is a slow simmering steamfest. I’ve got my exclusive HK Remix debuting in this week’s show, and as Nelly would say…”It’s getting hot in here”.

Keeping that heat going, like this summer’s temperatures across the country, be on the look out for more new music from Olivia Rodrigo, Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice, and the current jam by Jain blowing up TikTok. Plus HITS HITS HITS!!! All like you’ve never heard them before. I’m talking David Kushner, Post Malone, Rema & Selena, Fifty Fifty, Morgan Wallen and Taylor Swift. And just when you think it’s time to cool down, BAM! I’m gonna hit you with a few sonic surprises.

Remember…if it's hot, if it's new and it makes you wanna move…you're In The Mix with HK™.

ONE REPUBLIC SAYS “I AIN’T WORRIED” WITH AN HK REMIX

One Republic’s latest hit, “I Ain’t Worried”, is from the soundtrack of the record breaking box office smash Top Gun: Maverick. Frontman Ryan Tedder jokes that the movie is doing all the promotion for them. “it was crazy watching it for the first time, because, basically, it’s a $200 million music video for our song,” Ryan laughs.

My remix is no joke and that In The Mix with HK™ EXCLUSIVE hits your ear drum this week. Along with other bangin’ HK exclusives like….Nicky Youre, Pitbull, Beyonce’, Ellie Goulding, Yung Gravy, Doja Cat, Lizzo and MORE. I’ve also got all your favorite hits like you’ve never heard them before. From Post Malone, Harry Styles, Halsey, Morgan Wallen and others. The weekend’s not complete without some new music discovery so I’m packing brand new beats from Kaskade/Deadmau5/Hayla, Benny Blanco/BTS/Snoop Dogg, Yung Gravy and Sia.

Remember…if it's hot, if it's new and it makes you wanna move…you're In The Mix with HK™ .

THE SONIC FIREWORKS CONTINUE ON IN THE MIX WITH HK™

Did you miss the fireworks last weekend? Not those kind that explode in the sky. I’m talking about sonic explosions for your soul. That ear candy that makes you get up out of your seat. Yeah…that kind.

Well, I got your back and your ears covered. Be sure to tune in this weekend to hear a non-stop sonic grand finale. I’m lighting the fuse on HITS from Jack Harlow, The Kid Laroi, JNR Choi, Halsey and Doja Cat. Of course there’s gonna be some Harry Styles, Lizzo and new bangers from Pitbull & Zac Brown, Calvin Harris and MORE! It’s the weekend, let’s go!

POST MALONE GOING FOR THIRD #1 ALBUM

They say lightning never strikes twice, but Post Malone doesn’t have that problem and this week it could strike for a third time. His first two album releases both went to #1 on the Billboard Top 200 and now Post’s third album, released last week could be doing the same shortly. Sales figures so far show he’s got a great shot.

I’ve got a great shot at rockin’ the weekend with killer new music that includes not one but two songs off Posty’s new full length album. Of course you’ll get to experience it in full HK surround sound. We’re also going to immerse ourselves in re-imagined versions of The Walters, Dove Cameron, Doja Cat, Latto, Jack Harlow and MORE. How about new music from Becky G & Karol G, Khalid, Charlotte Sands and Ava Max? Yeah, I’ve got it. Along with thumping throwbacks to make you say “Hey DJ, pump it up”.

Remember…if it's hot, if it's new and it makes you wanna move…you're In The Mix with HK™.

LIZZO’S BACK AND IT’S “ABOUT DAMN TIME”

My girl Lizzo is back and it’s not only About Damn Time but it’s Good As Hell! So we’re not wasting any time playing that new banger. I’m hopping on it like jelly to peanut butter.

To round out that musical sandwich I’m spreading on massive amounts of HK flava. For those not in the know that means EXCLUSIVE HK REMIXES on the likes of Doja Cat, Eddie Benjamin, Camila Cabello, The Weeknd, Harry Styles and MORE! Plus new music from Jack Harlow, Jnr Choi, Lauv and Labrinth with Zendaya. I’m also dipping into the crates to pull out some classics and give them a whole new feel you can vibe on!

DOVE CAMERON WANTS TO BE YOUR “BOYFRIEND”

Dove Cameron has a huge breakout hit with Boyfriend and she’s about to take the stage for her first big high profile performance on Jimmy Fallon April 20th.

I’m stepping out with an EXCLUSIVE HK REMIX on that track this weekend. Along with my remixes on Camila Cabello & Ed Sheeran’s new one, Gayle, Doja Cat, The Chainsmokers, Latto, Charlie Puth and MORE! Plus MASSIVE HITS from Saweetie/HER, Imagine Dragons, Em Beihold and mind blowing classics I’m pulling out of the crates and putting some special remix sauce on. Yeah! It’s gonna be a party!!!
