SHAWN MENDES & CAMILA CABELLO INSPIRE HITS

Where do Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello draw inspiration for their songs - apparently from each other. In talking about their latest hits Shawn said after spending months with Camilla in Miami he was moved to write Summer Of Love. And Cabello says her latest hit Don’t Go Yet was inspired by spending her teenage years crushing on Mendes. They’d often go out as friends, she’d hope it would turn into more but the night would end with Shawn being like “I got a performance tomorrow, I gotta go to sleep”. Camilla said in her head she’d be like “Don’t Go Yet”.

OLIVIA RODRIGO'S FUTURE IS ANYTHING BUT “SOUR”

Olivia Rodrigo drops her highly anticipated debut album titled Sour this weekend. The now 18 year old singer/songwriter said she wrote the majority of the songs on Sour when she was 17 and they reflect the shape-shifting nature of her youth, its unending growing pains and surprising discoveries. Olivia says she pursued an eclectic mix of pop, folk and alt rock styles for the album.
